To be inducted into the Greater Flint Area Sports Hall of Fame the first thing that must happen is to be nominated. No matter how significant the accomplishments
of an individual or team may be, a nomination is necessary in order for that person or team to be considered. Do not take for granted that an individuals or teams credentials are so well known that induction will be automatic.

All of those who will be inducted or have been inducted previously had to be nominated first. The nominating process is easy. All that is required is to submit the name of the individual or team on a nominating form. The GFASHF does much of its own research, but the more information you can provide when nominating someone the better. It is helpful to include the name of a contact person on the nominating form if additional information is needed.
